Incoming Quality Control (IQC)
Every incoming batch of SUS304/SUS316L stainless steel materials must undergo strict incoming inspection. We use spectrum analyzers to verify chemical composition, and calipers and micrometers to check dimensional deviations, ensuring materials meet ASTM, JIS, or GB standard requirements.

Process Quality Control (PQC)
During the CNC machining process, we implement multi-level process inspections. Operators perform First Piece Inspection every tool change or batch start. During machining, we use pneumatic gauges and digital micrometers for online detection, ensuring critical dimensions remain continuously controlled.
Finish Product Quality Control (FQC) & Outgoing Quality Control (OQC)
Every batch of shipped products must undergo 100% appearance inspection and full dimensional sampling inspection. We use projectors to check complex profile dimensions, and thread ring gauges and plug gauges to verify thread compliance, ensuring every connection to the customer's product achieves perfect fit.
